Everything partners ask

What does a partnership include?

You receive a licensed territory, the partner portal, the WTO brand and co-branding rights, the calibrated item bank and fresh editions, and the skill-rating engine. You run local go-to-market, schools, and support; we run the product.

Is the territory exclusive?

Partnerships are granted for a defined country or regional scope, with exclusivity terms agreed in the licensing agreement so you can invest in your market with confidence.

How does revenue share work?

WTO collects a royalty or license fee, with transparent revenue reporting, regular settlement statements, and payout tracking visible in your partner portal.

Can we set our own local pricing?

Yes - within approved purchasing-power bands. You can localise prices and run promotions without breaking global pricing governance.

Can we localise and co-brand?

Yes. The model supports localized language and content and co-branding, all within WTO brand guidelines, plus a localized marketing asset library.

What can a partner not change?

Access is scoped by design: a partner cannot alter the global item bank, the rating model, or any other territory's data. This protects the credibility of a WTO result everywhere - and the value of your local rankings.

What support do partners get?

Structured onboarding, a localized marketing and campaign toolkit, and support escalation with SLA visibility back to our team.

Who is a good fit to partner?

Established education or edtech organisations with strong local school relationships and the capacity to run go-to-market and operations in their territory.

How do we get started?

Submit an application. We review territory, fit, and capacity, then move to an agreement and onboarding. You can also email our partnerships team to discuss a territory first.
