Frequently asked questions

Common questions from parents about this track.

What will my child actually be tested on?

Explorer covers coding concepts, AI fundamentals, robotics ideas, and cyber and data awareness. Questions are practical and reasoning-led - for example tracing what a short program prints, or recognizing how a model learns from data.

My child uses block coding, not text. Is that a problem?

No. Explorer meets students where they are. It focuses on computational thinking and problem-solving that apply whether a child has used block-based or text-based tools, with a gentle introduction to written code.

How does Explorer prepare my child for the Innovator track?

Explorer turns curiosity into capability across coding and AI, building the computational-thinking habits that Innovator then deepens into applied AI, Python, and cybersecurity from Classes 9 to 12.
